The project helps communities in Central Europe become climate-resilient, enabling them to respond in a coordinated manner to processes driven by climate change. It builds sustainable systems—referred to as “Community Climate Missions”—and capacities within these communities, moving beyond a purely sectoral approach to implement cross-sectoral governance with strong citizen engagement.
